Instant noodle no doubt has its unique taste and its preparation method is quick, so we all tend to fall back to it when ever we are very hungry and don’t have the patience to wait for other foods which will take longer a time to get cooked. But its disadvantages far outweighs its advantages especially when taken regularly.
1. It contains sodium and research has proven that high in-take of
sodium can be linked to diseases such as hypertension, kidney damage,
heart disease, stroke etc.
2. The brain needs nutrients such as protein, lecithin, sugar,
calcium, vitamin (A,B,C, & E) for the development of a normal
physiological function, but instant noodles have very low lecithin,
vitamin so eating it regularly would cause retardation in both the
thinking activity and the development of the brain.
3. Eating plenty of instant noodles makes constipation more serious,
and also makes feaces stay at the colon (the large intestine) for a
long time which can lead to RECTAL CANCER (cancer of the colon)
because it has low or no fibre content.
4. The manufacturing process of instant noodles produces ACRYL AMIDE
which is also a major cause of cancer.
In conclusion excess of instant noodles in the system can lead to lack
of nutrient, dizzinness, loss of strength, restless spirit and above
all cancer of the colon.
Stay healthy, reduce the in-take of instant noodle..
